One of the best forms of self care that we can practice is to say NO to the things that drain our energy. In this course, we want to remind you of the importance of making your health and wellbeing your number one priority. Together we will identify the people in your life who you put above your own wants and needs. We will explore ways to say no without giving an explanation to others as to why your time is as valuable as theirs.
