One of the best forms of self-care that we can practice is to say no to the things that drain our energy. In this course, we want to remind you of the importance of making your health and well-being your number one priority.
Together we will identify the people in your life whom you put above your wants and needs. We will explore ways to say no without explaining to others why your time is as valuable as theirs.
