Why I'm Creating Online Courses

I've created courses on stopping self-sabotage, creating healthy boundaries, and emotional eating to support those who are wanting to make that change.

I've made it super affordable as a way to give back to my community and created a couple of free courses.

I hate that over the past several months, I’ve had to do nothing but turn away client after client. There seems to be an increase in the need for a therapist and simply not enough of us so hopefully, some of these courses will help those as they wait to find a coach or therapist.

Neurodiversity Awareness Month: Dyslexia

FREE
I created a video on what I've learned so that hopefully I can help other parents and individuals with Dyslexia.

Neurodivergent means that the brain functions, learns, and processes information differently.

The idea of neurodiversity has now been embraced by many other groups including dyslexia support groups, who are using the term as a means of empowerment and to promote the positive qualities possessed by those with a neurological difference.
