Self Help

Engaging in a self-care routine has been clinically proven to reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, reduce stress, improve concentration, minimize frustration and anger, increase happiness, improve energy, and more.  Self-help makes you a better, wiser person. By increasing your self-awareness capabilities, self-help efforts can help you learn to recognize potential problems before they are  out of your control.

Tapping

EFT tapping is an alternative acupressure therapy treatment used to restore balance to your disrupted energy. It's demonstrated some benefits as a treatment for anxiety, depression, physical pain, and insomnia

EMDR

 EMDR is a structured therapy that encourages the patient to briefly focus on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is an extensively researched, effective psychotherapy method proven to help people recover from trauma and PTSD symptoms.
